Their enthusiasm is contagious and the investment they soon develop in their clients achieveing their own personal goals is so encouraging. James is a force of nature! And his highly personalised approach has made a huge impact on me as well as my children (11&13) and mum who is 77 and today pressed 60kg for two sets! I’ve been involved in PT sessions for over 2 years and group fitness training since it started last year. James’ never ending creativity in developing personalised ever evolving routines keeps things fun, and targetted. I’ve greatly appreciated too his preparedness to work WITH my physio in getting me back on track (when necessary!) and the amount i’ve Learnt about my body and how to get the most from it is gold.
Lastly - James is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to the role of nutrition and so generous with his tid bits of advice and encouraging messages!

James is always flexible with times and pushes you to the next level. Best PT in the area!
